Calling all beer lovers!

Local favorite Sussex County brewery Dewey Beer Co., in partnership with Humane Animal Partners, is hosting “Dewey Gives 20”, an all-day adoptable pet meet and greet event on Monday, March 20. This community event will help homeless pets find their forever families by uniting beer lovers with adoptable dogs, as well as raising funds for HAP’s shelter operations.

WHEN & WHERE

Monday, March 20 from 12 – 9 PM at Dewey Beer Co.’s Dewey Beach location (2100 Coastal Hwy. Dewey Beach, DE 19971).

* 12 – 6 PM: Adoptable meet & greet, drinks, food
* 6 – 9 PM: Mingo, drinks, food, prizes!

The all day event will be a family-friendly atmosphere for beer and animal lovers alike to mingle, meet adoptable dogs, enjoy great drinks and food, win special raffle baskets and giveaways, with 20% of taproom sales coming back to support HAP programs.

Dewey Beer Co., a first state favorite brewery with two locations in Dewey Beach and Harbeson, began partnering last summer with Humane Animal Partners for an adoption event series at the Harbeson location.  Members of the public had the chance to meet and fall in love with adoptable dogs and support HAP’s services including vaccination clinics and free pet food pantries.
