As of March 2025, the State of Delaware Office of Animal Welfare will no longer be offering in-person licensing. All pet licenses must be obtained virtually through PetData.
Delaware Office of Animal Welfare
Delaware’s OAW oversees the health, safety, and welfare of companion animals in Delaware. Their website includes information on animal control/stray animals, reporting animal cruelty, licensing, rabies, and more.
