Allow our dogs and cats to inspire you, your family, friends, and colleagues to party like an animal! Please consider hosting your next business event, corporate meeting, bar/bat mitzvah, bridal shower, retirement party, baby shower, or other celebrations at HAP.
Included
- Use of our party room and kitchenette with ADA compliant bathroom for up to four hours.
- Tables and chairs provided (set up and break down).
- A tour of our facilities/meet with some adoptable animals.
- You may bring food, beverages, and additional decorations; a refrigerator is available for your use. For adult celebrations, alcohol is permitted but not provided.
- TV and video monitor equipment available upon request.
Cost
- $250 for 90 min and $50 for each additional half hour, which includes a $25 tax-deductible contribution
How to Schedule an Event
Contact khassett@hapde.org or (302) 571-8171 with your preferred date and a brief overview of your event. Please also include a few back-up date options in the case your preferred date is unavailable. Generally, we require at least two weeks lead time to work you into the rental schedule. Please note, we require a $50 non-refundable deposit at the time of confirmation to secure your date and time.
